Members must provide accurate and truthful information when registering and posting offers on the portal. Providing false information may result in the removal or blocking of the member or their offers.

2. Offer Posting Guidelines

  • Offers must be posted in the correct category and associated with the appropriate city.
  • Each offer consists of two parts: content visible to all users and content visible only to members after login.
  • Offers may include up to three images.

3. Content Restrictions

  • In the public content section, it is prohibited to include any links, email addresses, or phone numbers. Any attempt to provide contact information in this section will result in moderation by the portal's moderators.
  • In the members-only content section, you may include any information to facilitate contact, such as links, phone numbers, and other relevant details.
  • All posted images must comply with legal standards and must not be pornographic or violent. The images must belong to you and not infringe on any copyrights. The portal reserves the right to remove images that violate these terms.
  • It is prohibited to use offensive language, insults, or any content that violates moral standards and the laws of the country.

4. Prohibited Activities

  • Posting false information.
  • Posting information about illegal activities, including but not limited to the sale of drugs, human trafficking, alcohol, weapons, or other regulated items without the proper licenses or permits.
  • If you are offering items or services that require a license, you must include the license number or other authorizing document in the members-only content section.
  • Engaging in any activity that could harm or disrupt the portal or its services, including but not limited to hacking, phishing, or spreading malware.
  • Using the portal to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
  • Collecting or storing personal data about other users without their consent.
  • Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Using the portal for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

5. Member Rights and Responsibilities

  • Members have the right to add, modify, and delete their offers.
  • Members may request account deletion by contacting technical support. Note that we can only delete accounts that have no active offers. Therefore, you must delete all your offers before requesting account deletion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the portal, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of BusinessOffers.ca or its content suppliers and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by the members of the portal.
  • We do not guarantee that posting offers will affect your business in any way.
  • We are not liable for whether members interact with each other or do not interact.
  • We are not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to website downtime, server errors, or data loss.
  • We do not endorse or verify any of the business offers posted on the portal.
  • We are not responsible for any financial loss, business interruption, or other damages resulting from the use of the portal.
  • We do not guarantee the security of your data and are not liable for any data breaches or unauthorized access.
  • We are not responsible for any external websites linked from BusinessOffers.ca. Users follow links at their own risk.
  • We are not liable for any disputes or conflicts arising between members of the community.
  • We do not provide customer support for issues unrelated to the technical functioning of the portal.
  • We are not responsible for any legal issues arising from the use of the portal, including but not limited to violations of local, national, or international laws.
